this plane was built by our colleague Václav Rejchrt [url]https://www.sam78.cz/modules.php?name=coppermine&file=displayimage&album=16&pos=34[/url]. I phoned with Petr Hošek, this plane is some american glider and Petr will try to contact Václav Rejchrt for more information.
I found very similar czech model called NAK (Mirko Musil, 1945 - 1949?), but this plane is smaller. Wingspan 1000 mm, length 750 mm, wing area 11,8 dm2, stabiliser area 2,7 dm2.

I apologize for the delay. I asked Vaclav Rejchrt - this glider is american design. Vaclav draw this plan from small 3D drawing. But his illness does not allow him to find this 3D drawing or his plan now.
